UL Series: The New Solidsteel Loudspeaker Stands

Solidsteel is proud to present the new UL Series, a new generation of speaker stands developed to carry on the legacy of the acclaimed NS Series and further advance the brand's philosophy in mechanical control and acoustic performance.

At the core of the project is a completely redesigned structure: two rectangular aluminum profiles form the load-bearing heart of the series, mounted on a precision steel base and completed at the top by two hollow TPU elements. In synergy with the MDF top plate, this architecture has been designed to optimize resonance management and improve the interaction between the speaker and the stand.

The combination of aluminum profiles and TPU elements allows for optimized mechanical damping between the speaker and the structure, while achieving effective decoupling between the vertical section and the base. This controlled mechanical behavior helps reduce unwanted vibrations, preserving clarity, focus, and tonal balance during listening.

With the UL Series, the speaker stand is no longer conceived as a simple accessory, but as an active component of the listening experience, capable of directly contributing to the overall performance of the audio system.

The series comes standard with 16 x 16 cm top plates, while an optional 20 x 20 cm version will also be available, designed to adapt to an even wider range of speakers and installation needs.

The range will be available in two different heights:

• UL-4 (approx. 40 cm)
• UL-6 (approx. 60 cm)
